Today’s anthology, A Book of Horrors edited by Stephen Jones was not only nominated for the Shirley Jackson Award but contained several stories within that also received nominations.
“Roots and All” by Brian Hodge was nominated for the 2011 Bram Stoker Award for Superior Achievement in Long Fiction, although it did not win. Both “A Child’s Problem” by Reggie Oliver and “Near Zennor” by Elizabeth Hand were nominated for the 2011 Shirley Jackson Award for Best Novella.
